Pathetic area pathetic brand service
I just wanted to take my mobile phone from the service center.
As its just a minute work but it took me around 1.5hours to complete because this place doesn't allow parking
As they mentioned that they have plenty but the person sitting outside doesn't let anyone to park
I waited for like 25 mins and one car just moved from the place I started to park there then that same guy came and said no you can't park as another oppo car will be here I told him its just a minute work I'll be back in no second but he didn't let me park
After that i have to park my vehicle like 2km away from the center
And did a walking to the center submitted my phone to the Pathetic service center and came back again walking to the car and went away

I will never recommend anyone to this service center ever
Go to anywhere but not here

He /she is not helping me my phone is everytime drain battery and auto closed heated but phone is not repair done and job sheet not provided me it's very froud service centre and oppo brand also

I had a wonderful experience at the OPPO Service Centre, Noida Sector 2. The staff here is extremely cooperative, professional, and helpful. A special mention goes to Lalita Ma’am, who was very supportive and guided me throughout the process with patience and care.

Though I got cheated in Greater Noida Service centre and staff in beta plaza but here just faced a small issue of phone heating during conversations, the overall service and resolution provided were excellent. The team really puts effort into ensuring customer satisfaction.

Special thanks to Lalita Ma’am and the entire staff for their great support. Truly one of the best service centres! 😊

It was an excellent experience the employees were also very supportive, especially Kavita the receptionist was very polite and supportive, I got the issue resolved within an hour . The way the guys were working was fantastic.

Excellenct and friendly stuff , time taken to complete the job might be long but its worth as compared to my experience with RDC Ghaziabad service centre.

Worst Experience.. I had given my phone for repairing. First of all they took 14 days to repair it and after repairing when they were returning my phone back to me the price was higher than they told me at the time of submitting the phone. One of the employee of your service center whose name is Rahul doesn't how to talk to the customer. He misbehaved with me. Please ensure this should not happen to other customer otherwise they will loose trust on OPPO.
